Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing

Apple cider vinegar has various health benefits. This vinegar is made by crushing fresh organic apples and letting them mature in barrels made of wood. Apple cider vinegar is a bacteria-fighting agent. It is believed to balance high cholesterol, increase stamina, alleviate gout and arthritis symptoms, help with acne and other skin conditions, increase metabolism (good for weight loss), reduce sore throats and sinus infections, prevent urinary tract injections and bladder stones, improve digestion, fight allergies, protect against food poisoning, and more.

The following apple vinegar salad dressing recipe is a great way to use apple cider vinegar. You might like to change the oil to vinegar balance, depending on your own taste. Some people prefer a softer flavor and others like a sharper one. This apple vinegar salad dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. If you want the dressing to be sweeter you can add a couple of teaspoons of sugar or a pinch of stevia, which is a naturally sweet (but sugar-free) herb. This apple cider vinegar salad dressing goes well with a wide variety of different salad recipes.
